Rugby is certainly the quintessential team sport.  A season is spent trying to achieve a goal together.  Numerous people will be thrown into different positions at different levels.  While most award recipients will graciously defer to their teammates exploits first; it is still nice to stop and congratulate those individuals that have distinguished themselves amongst their peers as voted by those same very peers.

Awards Night is a casual affair with lots of laughs and stories shared. Generally the formalities come to an end early giving way to an extended evening for those so inclined.
